Why Women are efficient in Business

We know, employers are more focused on skills comparison on degree. They always seeking towards, how the employee performs, what are their strength, is he/she giving their best or not. In a survey of Forbes, women are good enough in communication strengths like: the ability to understand body language and verbal or non-verbal cues, they have good listening skills, and also effective displays of empathy. At an early age, many women are taught to verbalize their own feelings and thoughts, and in our current society, most would also argue that it's more socially acceptable for women to straightforward their emotions than men.

Difficulties Faced By Women Entrepreneurs

Family Restriction

We are changing our living styles according to the modern era but somewhere still people have the orthodox kind of mentality like they thought should not work, they are not capable enough and many more. This mentality kind of people we can easily see in the middle class.

Lack of Finance

Family members do not support women to start their own business. They feel hesitant to invest their money  Even bank are not giving their interest to finance a business plan if they see women are the owner. Still today women are not financially well capable to start their own business. So, it is much challenging for women point of view.

For example, Kiran Mazumdar Shaw faced many difficulties at the initial stage like funds for business. Banks were hesitant to give loans to her as at that time this was an all-new field and she was a women entrepreneur.

Persistency In Nature

We know women are soft from nature and they have the feeling of sympathy. This type of nature don't allow them and there may be the change to get cheated in business.

Conclusion

There is a saying, "if you have a strong will power to achieve your goal, they no one can stop you."  This quote is enough for women point of view who are looking towards starting their journey of entrepreneurship. However, many women have overcome all these difficulties and set a better example in front of the world. That,If a woman is determined then nothing is impossible.
