Like what are the qualities of a good manager?, Who are a good manager?, What is the skills of a good manager? and they had well explained. But my point of view on this topic is quite different. According to me, a good manager should have a good interpersonal skill along with the effective knowledge of the online platform, like which is the great source to target the customer, how to grab the opportunities, and he has to be able to make a strategic plan on the basis of the situation.

I also believe, there is a major difference between a good manager and a great manager. A good manager does their work only to get remuneration for their work. But a great manager create an opportunity for organisation. However, he makes money for your business.

If we say, Online business platform, then there are not any boundaries. Anyone can make here their own separate entity. So, because of this, there are a lot of opportunities are hidden but you have to change your perspective to see the thing and upgrade your skills to find out that hidden opportunities and convert them to make a profit. 

For example, today the world is facing difficulties because of COVID-19. Although, because of this pandemic situation we can see economic crisis globally. But make companies take is a problem as an opportunity and covert their business according to the situation. Like Dabur company did not make sanitizer earlier, but today they are making on a big level.
